Join the Cavell Carnival as a Maker!!
We are excited to host an Artisan & Maker Market at our annual school carnival, bringing together talented makers, local businesses, and our school families. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your crafts, connect with the community, and support our students.

Pricing & Incentives
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for vendors who:

Are a student or student group from Edith Cavell Elementary, or a local artisan, or a Cavell family artist
-
Vendors who create unique, handmade items.
-
No food and drink resales allowed. No slime allowed.

Items that are hand crafted and not purchased for resale.
Examples include but are not limited to: Jewelry, Artwork, Handmade accessories, Personalized cards, bookmark or stationery, Hand knitted or crochet items.
Application Process
Early Applications

Submit your application by March 16 to receive early notification by March 20.

Early applicants will also be recognized in the School Carnival Program.
Regular Applications
-
Applications will remain open until May 1, while spaces are available.

Vendors submitting regular applications will be notified by May 8.

Cavell Family Maker Table
$15 half / $25 full
Table + 1 chair, mentioned in Carnival Program if confirmed by March 16
Maker Table
$40 full table
Table + 2 chair, mentioned in Carnival Program if confirmed by March 16

Vendor Marketing Package
We are so thrilled to partner with you for our Cavell Carnival! 2026 is the first year we’ve welcomed vendors to join Carnival. Our school community is excited to see the event expand in new directions. We hope the Vendor Market becomes a recurring attraction.
All participating Vendors will receive detailed communications from our Carnival Coordinator (Rosina Cuk) and Vendor Coordinator (Stacey White).
